Annie McKee

Annie McKee, Ph.D.

Dr. Annie McKee co-founded the Teleos Leadership Institute with Frances Johnston in January 2001. Annie works collaboratively with clients, students and co-faculty to design and deliver innovative interventions to foster leadership development and organizational transformation. In Fortune 100 organizations, she works largely with the most senior level executives as an advisor, focusing on the intersection of leadership, culture and strategy. Annie also serves on the faculty of the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania and teaches at the Wharton School's Aresty Institute of Executive Education. Shas served as the managing director of the Center for Professional Development at the University of Pennsylvania and has taught in the Wharton School MBA Program. She contributes to the growth of her field by writing and editing professional journals, and by providing pro bono services for non- governmental agencies both locally and internationally.

Frances Johnston

Dr. Fran Johnston co-founded Teleos Leadership Institute in 2001. She works internationally with senior executives as a coach, consultant and advisor. Fran has been a coach for 20 years, trained over 100 coaches, and coached executives across industries from financial services, architecture, consumer goods, education, and healthcare; and the world including Merrill Lynch, BP, Transamerica, IBM, and Unisys. A frequent seminar leader, and long time instructor at The Wharton School, Fran is an ICF professional certified coach (PCC). She finds teaching the Teleos Coach Development Program to be especially fulfilling because of her enthusiasm for teaching and working with groups, and because she believes the more skilled and ethical coaches there are in the world, the better it will be.

Edward Mwelwa

Dr. Edward Mwelwa brings to Teleos Leadership Institute many years of coaching and counselling executives through leadership development and organizational transformation. Eddy's expertise is customizing an intervention by integrating a number of disciplines and processes. He has a special interest in the application of Emotional Intelligence to executive coaching, work relationships, leadership and authority, and large system change as an organizational intervention. Eddy’s clients over the years include Unisys, Merrill Lynch, US Steel, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, and University of South Florida. He has been a faculty member of the Teleos Coach Development Program since its beginning and mentors students seeking ICF coach certification.

Suzanne Rotondo

Suzanne Rotondo, MS

Suzanne Rotondo has been coaching for more than 15 years, both as an executive coach for Teleos and previously as a writing coach/editor for Harvard Business Publishing in Boston. Suzanne specializes in coaching high potential leaders and newer executives to hone their craft of leading and to ensure that they are deliberate in the choices they make—both personally and professionally. She works in all sectors and within a variety of organizations including Unisys, US Steel, McCain Foods, FMC Corporation, Viacom/MTV, Fox Chase Cancer Center, Nickelodeon Networks, BCJ Architects, and Creative Commons. As a graduate of Harvard’s Kennedy School, Suzanne is committed to the cross pollination of ideas and best practices across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, and has found that coaching has been a very effective way to make that happen.

She works with individuals and with larger groups, helping them find their own solutions to team, interpersonal, organizational and/or community concerns.

Kristin has more than 20 years of experience helping clients achieve strategic change in the private, public, and non-profit organizations. Kristin has taught leadership to diverse audiences as faculty for Harvard University’s Executive Education programs. She has earned the trust and respect of senior executives running multi-billion dollar businesses, governments, and executive directors of state and local non-profits.

Michael advises, coaches and works with leaders to manage personal, team, and organizational change. He has over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience and is a faculty member of Duke Corporate Education’s Global Learning Resource Network, faculty-coach for Southern Methodist University’s advanced Leadership Program, and a member of the Business and Leadership Center at Integral University. With deep expertise in emotional intelligence and crucial communication, Michael helps leaders navigate the complex and ever-changing dynamics of executive team and board relationships. Throughout his career, Michael has designed and led major leadership, executive coaching, change, and learning projects for global and national clients, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Exelon Energy, HSBC, Intel, Merck, Merrill Lynch, Motorola, PwC, Unicredit, Unilever, and World Bank.

Justin is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of consulting experience. A former Vice President of Capgemini, Ernst and Young, Justin advises leaders around the world on their personal and organization impact on the culture and performance of the companies they lead. As a coach and facilitator he feels he is able to enable conversations that broaden an individual’s impact to self and others and lead to profound transformations and lasting change. He is a senior faculty at the Gestalt International Study Center where he works with Senior Executives in the development of their leadership practice. Justin’s clients include British Telecom, Unilever and Bank of Canada.

As a trainer and organization development consultant, Kaye assists individuals, groups and organizations in order to increase their productivity and effectiveness. As an executive coach, Kaye integrates empathy, understanding and appreciation of the individual leader and their work challenges, with assisting them in creating powerful, positive impacts, results that matter and work groups that thrive and produce. Her work focuses primarily on six key practice areas: Leadership Development, Organizational Change, Optimizing Diversity and Inclusion, Executive Coaching, Team Building and Career Mastery. Prior to starting her company, Kaye was employed as an OD consultant at Exxon Corporation and as a Training consultant at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.
