This 12-day program is taught over a 6-month period, with two residential, 6-day class sessions and intersession assignments.
In this course you will:
- Work intensively to develop your own and others' emotional intelligence
- Understand the neuroscience behind positive emotional attractors (such as optimism and hope), as well as the wiring involved in defensive routines and resistance
- Develop an applied understanding of Gestalt and Systems Theory
- Learn to quickly build and sustain trust in your coaching relationships
 This course is ACTP ICF-accredited. Upon completion, participants interested in ICF coach certification as an ACC or PCC must follow ICF guidelines for submitting applications. Teleos will provide your course transcript.
