Teleos Leadership Institute is a global consulting firm founded in 2001 by leadership experts Dr. Annie McKee (dubbed by Business Week as "The High Priestess of Executive Coaching") and Dr. Frances Johnston. In 2002, Annie McKee co-authored (with Daniel Goleman and Richard Boyatzis) the New York Times bestselling book, Primal Leadership: Realizing the Power of Emotional Intelligence. This groundbreaking book demonstrated that it is the competencies associated with emotional intelligence that set apart great leaders from the rest.
