Program Overview

Using proven methodologies, our coach development program is grounded in Emotional Intelligence, Resonant Leadership and systems theory and is designed to support your personal and leadership development as well as your skills as a coach. As a result of attending our program, you will be better able to support executives to enhance their leadership presence, build resonant climates and strong relationships and navigate organizational complexity. Through applied theory and intensive practice with feedback from our world-renown faculty coaches, we support you to take your coaching to the next level.

The TCDP Course Timeline:
  • Week 1
    Includes theory, peer coaching, coaching supervision and one-on-one mentoring.
  • Intersession
    Includes client coaching, coaching supervision, one-on-one coach mentoring and self-study.
  • Week 2
    Includes theory, peer coaching, coaching supervision and one-on-one mentoring and graduation.
