We partnered with a global environmental engineering firm to align the leaders with the company's new mission, values and strategy. We guided them through a process that helped leaders focus on their individual goals and aspirations, as well as the interface of his or her skills with the needs of the organization. We then facilitated those leaders in activities and large group events that generated strategies for implementing organizational goals as a team.
