European Financial Services Organization
We partnered with a European financial services organization to help them bring about a large scale culture change, enabling them to focus on customer service and a very different approach to leadership and management. In a true partnership with senior management and HR specialists, we designed processes and programs to develop and institutionalize emotionally intelligent leadership. Throughout the organization, leaders increased their capacity to deal with the complexity involved in organizational change and the creation of a customer service culture.
