Ivy League University
In partnership with an Ivy League university, we developed executive education courses with sessions on emotional intelligence, individual change, resonant leadership and how to intervene at different levels of system to accelerate change and development. The courses focus on concepts and practices that enable individuals to become great leaders in any field or profession. Reflective exercises enable individuals to focus specifically on their own leadership: strengths, weaknesses, vision for self as a person and as a professional, and how one plans to realize his/her vision and goals.
