Internal consultants of the highest caliber were needed by a Fortune 50 American icon multinational in the process of transforming itself. This global organization of more than 300,000 people was undergoing a critical process of integration, senior leader-led analysis and reengineering. They chose to staff their transformation not with external consultancies, but with a core group of highly skilled internal consultants (change agents) to the senior leadership team. This group was extremely experienced in the analytics of consulting and tool-based technologies.
Teleos provided high level consulting for the development of this internal consultancy as they modeled the transformation they are working with their leaders to achieve organization-wide. Specifically, Teleos enabled the consulting community to move from independent practices to an interdependent, team-based and integrated practice where they were able to provide state of the art facilitation within a complex platform of leader-led organizational transformation initiatives.
