Worldwide Non-governmental Organization
A worldwide, non-governmental agency enlisted our expertise to develop leadership at all levels and create a multi-sectoral response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic in fifteen countries around the world. We designed a number of multimonth programs that mobilized individual, community and national energy, commitment and talent. The programs brought together leaders from different sectors of society, creating a community of learners to develop emotionally intelligent leadership skills and identify the many complex issues in their workplaces and communities that are helping and hindering implementation of strategies to eradicate the virus.
