Teleos designed orchestrated and coached senior leaders of a global pharmaceutical company as they facilitated a leadership retreat to orient and integrate their newly expanded sales leadership team. There was a great sense of urgency due to the imminent launch of a new "blockbuster" drug, and it was critical to have the new team come together and generate excitement, commitment, effectiveness and cohesiveness throughout the sales force. We helped the senior team define their organization's culture, align leadership competencies with their goals, and fully integrate its new and current leaders.
