Leadership Development for Emerging Democracies
In all of our work, we seek to enable leaders to recognize and value the contributions of everyone in their community. Our work is based on respect for the dignity of all people and honoring the sanctity of our global environment.
Toward that end, we have participated in large-scale leadership capacity development in a variety of countries, including Swaziland, Cambodia, South Africa, Zambia and various Caribbean countries.
In partnership with the United Nations, we have assisted country leaders in improving the national capacity to address issues such as HIV/AIDS, poverty reduction, healthcare delivery, sustainable enterprise development for women and youth, and the other complex social problems.
