Resonant Leadership for Results™ Program (RL4R)
The RL4R program is a residential, highly experiential course that takes a positive, holistic approach to leadership development. The program is designed for delivery in 3, 5 or 15 days, depending on your organization's needs.
The course is facilitated throughout various levels of management (including the most senior level) resulting in renewed commitment and personalized leadership development plans that align individual values with organizational/institutional strategy. Foundational concepts include the Emotional Intelligence Model of Leadership, The Intentional Model of Change, The Gestalt Cycle of Experience, Adult Learning, and Systems Theory.
In every RL4R program, leaders learn to exhibit emotional intelligence through self- and social awareness, empathy, and self-management and become more adept at dealing with the complexity involved in culture change. Leaders learn to excel at building relationships and behaviors that lead to a strong, positive and resonant culture that will increase capacity to inspire those around them, provide world-class service, mobilize support, and get sustainable results.
The program contributes to the creation of new and shared language about leadership and culture: people will be able to talk about, coach and mentor one another, and hold each other accountable for the well-defined, critical aspects of leadership that lead to resonance in the culture.
