Resonant Leadership for Results™ Train the Trainer
A notable component of our RL4R Program is our Train the Trainer: a 2-week, intensive, residential program delivered over a 3-month period that prepares a group of carefully selected trainers in the client organization or community to deliver a 3-day RL4R. This program is designed in full partnership and collaboration with the client to enhance the likelihood of true skill transfer from Teleos to the leaders with whom we will work.
Train the Trainer involves experiencing the program itself, practicing leading the modules, receiving feedback and receiving deep learning in emotional intelligence, systems theory, group dynamics and program facilitation. Upon completion of the program and a quality control monitoring of delivery, trainers are certified and licensed to teach the 3-day RL4R Program anywhere within the organization or community.
