Barbara Davila
Executive Assistant
 Barbara is responsible for the organization of logistical details and delivery of custom leadership development materials for Teleos' program production. She also serves as the initial and on-site contact for clients and project teams. Additionally, Barbara is a liaison supporting key consultants for our operational performance.
Before coming to Teleos, Barbara's strong academic background consisted of work with the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education's Mid-Career Doctorate Program, Wharton's Division of Executive Education and the Design team in the Real Estate and Facilities Services at the University. She has worked on customized programs for clients in the financial, pharmaceutical and international sectors, as well as open-enrollment programs.
Barbara brings over 15 years of experience of work in a wide variety of industries and sectors. Driven by her commitment to helping others, Barbara has also worked in the health care system for doctors and a home heath care agency.
Her current areas of study include relationship-building, business administration and public relations. Her career goal is to advance in utilizing both her organizational and communication abilities which include being fluent in Spanish.
Outside of professional interests, she enjoys traveling, reading, and being with her daughter, family and her cat, Coffee.
