Bill Palmer Senior Consultant
Bill Palmer is an Associate of the Teleos Leadership Institute, a global consulting firm that supports organizations in strengthening their leadership capabilities and producing transformational change. Bill has extensive experience in organizational development with special emphasis on development, design and delivery of training that aligns individuals’ personal growth with an organization’s mission, goals and values.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Bill’s training design and delivery experience over the last 14 years includes US and international delivery in Canada, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, the Russian Federation, Morocco and in 2009, India. He is the lead consultant and trainer for Jaguar Land Rover and has conducted over 250 training events for that firm in setting up retail networks and vehicle launches around the world. The National Automobile Dealers Association has consistently rated this training as best in class. Bill has other training experience with a diverse set of clients including the United States Air Force, the Kennedy Space Center, the Environmental Protection Agency, the US Coast Guard, GTech, Caribbean Cruise Lines, Johnson and Johnson, Proctor and Gamble, and has also designed and delivered numerous facilitator training courses.
Prior to founding his own firm in 1994, Bill’s experience included marketing and sales with Fortune 100 consumer packaged goods firms, and he specialized in creating programs that linked corporate growth to professional sports. His clients included such firms as Kraft/General Foods, Oscar Mayer, Anheuser-Busch, American Express, the National Football League and the National Football League Alumni.
EDUCATION
Bill holds a BA (History and Communications) from the University of Connecticut and has done graduate history work at Connecticut College, the International Institute for Sports Marketing (1983) and is a graduate of the Organizational Systems Development program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. In 2007 he completed the Group Intensive Program of the Gestalt Center for Organization and Systems Development. He is a member of the Organizational Development Network. He serves his local community, Hollywood, Florida, as a hospice volunteer.
