Cordula Gibson
Senior Consultant
 Cordula Gibson is the founder of a consulting practice in Frankfurt, Germany that focuses on leadership development, communication and organizational development, teambuilding and executive coaching. Cordula has over 19 years experience working as an organizational consultant and psychologist. She is a Senior Consultant for Teleos.
Cordula's focus is on accompanying and supporting change processes within companies. She believes that the need to constantly cope with change is a major issue in all organizations. Redefining internal structures and processes and continuous re-orientation are major challenges for the people within organizations. Communicating about the change in an effective way both individually and collectively is a key coping mechanism that must be carefully considered. This process allows for individuals to find out what the organization is capable of dealing with and where additional learning and support processes need to be implemented.
As an organizational consultant, Cordula uses a whole system perspective to bring changes forward in a powerful and successful way. She works on the individual level (e.g. coaching a manager concerning his role), on the group level (e.g. team building) or on the organizational level (cultural change within a whole organization). She applies various methodologies such as Gestalt-Approach to Organization and System Development, Future Search Conference according to Marvin R. Weisbord and Sandra Janoff and Communication Effectiveness Training according to Thomas Gordon.
Prior to founding her own consulting company, Cordula was an internal consultant and change agent and also worked as a trainer for Psychologie für Oranisationen, Ginsheim, Germany. She has worked with many large organizations.
Cordula received her Degree in Psychology from Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Germany. She has continued the study of her discipline with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, USA, the Institut für Gestaltorientierte Organisationsberatung of Frankfurt, Germany and the Institut für Gestalttherapie und Gestaltpädagogik of Berlin, Germany. Cordula is an associate of the Institut für Organisationsberatung und Dialog (Frankfurt and London) and of Change it! in Munich and a member of the Berufsverband deutscher Psychologen, Germany.
