Felice J. Tilin, Ph.D
Managing Director and Senior Consultant
 Dr. Felice Tilin is a Senior Consultant at Teleos. Dr. Tilin’s approach combines her strong research background with 25 years of experience working as a manager, consultant and teacher. She is an expert in group and team dynamics and a facilitator of organizational culture change. She works with Senior Executives and executive teams in the areas of organizational change, top team cohesion and resonant leadership.
At Teleos, Felice has been instrumental in the design and facilitation of Teleos’ Resonant Leadership for Results program, its Train the Trainer components and the Coach Capacity Building Program. She has worked with the Teleos team to develop global consulting practices, culture change architectures and a wide range of methodologies and designs to foster emotionally intelligent leadership in industry and not-for-profit organizations.
At the heart of her work is the fundamental belief that a company's most important capital asset is the collective hope, passion and brain power of its work force. This asset can be leveraged when people are provided with an environment where systems, tools and supportive relationships align to support leadership capacity development and unleash the innovation, enthusiasm and high performance that gets results.
Prior to joining Teleos, Felice was the President and Founder of her own organizational development consulting practice. She worked as the Director for the Center for Professional Development at the University of Pennsylvania and a Director of Organizational Development at the Cigna Corporation. She has taught graduate level courses at The Wharton School, Temple University and Thomas Jefferson University.
Felice holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Development and a M.Ed. in Psycho Educational Process from Temple University. She received her Bachelors of Arts in English and Secondary Education from the State University of New York at Oswego. Her research is in the area of group development and its relationship to productivity, organization culture integration and resonant leadership. Her most recent publication is "Team Consultation", a chapter in, The Handbook of Group Research and Practice.
