Gianluca Lotti
Consultant
 Gianluca has extensive experience in design and facilitation of experiential workshops ranging from art therapy for creativity development to adventure training (climbing, white water, orienteering) and theatre training for managers. He enjoys and excels at group facilitation and personal coaching for developing the self-inquiry process.
He is owner of Tai di Lotti Gianluca, an Italian consulting firm that offers experiential training and outdoor training to organisations throughout Northern Italy. His recent training and studies are in strategic planning, resources based strategy, organising for complexity, learning organisation, Human Performance Technology and integrated approach for human resources management.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Gianluca began his career in information technology for a Milan-based engineering company, but soon realized that the human side of business is what interested him most. He began focusing on individual and organisational development, including: performance appraisals, training evaluations, corporate mission statement development, and strategy development.
Prior to his work in human resources and organisational development, Gianluca was partner and president of Informatica & Servizi Srl, an engineering studio offering mathematical service for bridge projects and software development (GIS).
EDUCATION
Gianluca studied Physics at Milan University. For 2 years, he was responsible for the European division of SYDA Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to protect, preserve, and disseminate Siddha Yoga philosophy and culture.
