Kaye A. Craft
Senior Consultant
 Kaye Craft is an Associate of the Teleos Leadership Institute, a global consulting firm that supports organizations in strengthening their leadership capabilities and producing transformational change. As a trainer and organization development consultant, Kaye assists individuals, groups and organizations to increase their productivity and effectiveness in order to increase their productivity and effectiveness. As an executive coach, Kaye integrates empathy, understanding and appreciation of the individual leader and their work challenges, with assisting them in creating powerful, positive impacts, results that matter and work groups that thrive and produce. Her work focuses primarily on six key practice areas: Leadership Development, Organizational Change, Optimizing Diversity and Inclusion, Executive Coaching, Teambuilding and Career Mastery. Prior to starting her company, Kaye was employed as an OD consultant at Exxon Corporation and as a Training consultant at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Kaye has conducted a significant number of training programs for senior leaders, managers and individual contributors. The aim of all the training is to, in some way, increase participants personal knowledge and impact and to develop their skills in creating better teams and producing business results. Some of the key trainings have been: Facilitated within a chemical company over 40 sessions of a 4-day executive development training program on Managing Change and Leadership Development. Facilitated within a retail company 40 sessions of a 3-day training program developing participants to use a principled reasoning approach to ethical problem-solving. Kaye has also led Managing Diversity and Inclusion programs with companies across multiple business sectors.
Kaye has worked with companies across multiple business sectors. Her work has been primarily in the USA, in addition to projects in England, Canada, Trinidad, Curacao, Colombia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
EDUCATION
Kaye holds an M.B.A. from New York University, an M.S. from Columbia University, and a B.A. from Hampton University. In addition, she completed the Certificate Program in Organization and Systems Development at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and is certified in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. She is a member of the National Black MBA Association and the National Organization Development Network. Kaye is a Past Chair of the Board and a faculty member of NTL Institute (www.ntl.org), a professional association which provides leading edge professional development seminars. Through NTL, Kaye has had the opportunity build on her experience at Exxon by providing professional development training to employees at two other refineries: Refineria Isla in Curacao and Petrotrin in Trinidad.
