Kristin von Donop
Senior Consultant
 Kristin has more than 20 years of experience helping clients achieve strategic change in the private, public, and non-profit organizations. Kristin has taught leadership to diverse audiences as faculty for Harvard University’s Executive Education programs. She has earned the trust and respect of senior executives running multi-billion dollar businesses, governments, and executive directors of state and local non-profits. She is known for her ability to mobilize people at all levels to identify their most significant challenges, generate new solutions and exercise the leadership required to implement them.
Her professional experience includes roles in strategy development, leadership development, and strategic execution. Previously Kristin was a leadership consultant for the top 10% executives at IBM and before that a member of the Organization and Human Performance practice at Accenture. She is passionate and tenacious for her client’s success.
EDUCATION
Kristin holds a BS in International Business from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer in Troy, NY. She is an avid motorcyclist and has toured New England, Northeast Canada, Northern California, and New Zealand.
