Lothar Wüst
Senior Consultant
 Lothar Wüst is working as a senior consultant for Teleos Leadership Institute. After a decade of working in internal Human Resources Departments he knows very well the challenges and needs of organizations and how leadership training programs have to be designed and delivered to be successful in the long run. He combines all his experiences from strategic headquarter decisions with his observations he made within the single branches while coaching or training managers on the daily job.
Having these both experiences makes him very aware of how training has to be delivered to become daily behaviour routines. Lothar continually works on improving training methods, implementing new ways of delivering trainings and has shared his knowledge in several train-the-trainer courses.
Lothar has extensive experience in delivering train-the-trainer programs, designing and facilitating leadership development programs and executive coaching.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prior to working as a senior consultant, Lothar was project leader of several leadership development and cultural change programs with up to 8.000 participants in one of the biggest European Banks. The scope of the projects has been delivering the business model as well as strategy and leadership guidelines in an inspiring way to all members of the organisation to keep the passion, the engagement and, at the end, the business figures high.
At the same time he worked as an internal executive coach and started coaching processes based on people surveys or 360 degrees results to improve the leadership competencies of executives.
Before working as a project leader he was head of the training and change management in a medium-sized finance company (1,400 employees) with training teams in 4 national and international locations. His team was responsible for all qualification and leadership development needs within the company.
He started his career in the Human Resources and training as a senior trainer, developing and leading a variety of training programs in sales, negotiations, communication and conflict solving skills.
EDUCATION
Lothar received his Degree in Sociology and organizational psychology from Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität in Munich, Germany. He is certified as systemic-solution-focused business coach (Systemischen Gesellschaft Deutschland), motive and needs profile analysis (MSA©) and counseling in organization (Hephaistos Institut, Germany). He has launched a Mentoring-Program for talents at Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität, department Sociology Munich and takes regularly part in coaching clinics to continually improve the quality and impact of his coaching competencies.
