Marco Bertola
Consultant
 Marco Bertola joined Teleos in early 2008 as a consultant working on many key projects within the company. His approach combines experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Marco brings expertise in coaching and the facilitation of organizational culture change programs. He works with senior executives and executive teams in the areas of organizational change, top team cohesion and resonant leadership.
Prior to joining Teleos, Marco worked with UniCredit Banca, the second largest European Bank, based in Italy. He worked as a financial advisor for three years before beginning work within the human resources department. There he participated in the creation of major organizational interventions using the model of leadership-based emotional intelligence. This program, Leadership For Results was delivered to more than 3000 managers across the organization. Marco also worked in the human resources department for the newly acquired member of UniCredit Group, Hypovereinsbank in Germany.
Marco has a degree in law from the University of Torino in Italy. Since 1998, his interest in the field of personal development brought him to participate in several international seminars and workshops in the United States, Germany, England, Holland and Austria. He is currently obtaining his Master’s degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change at Case Western University. He is fluent in German, Italian and English.
