 Marinella consults to individuals and organizations, facilitating leadership development, organizational development, strategy and business development, teambuilding and executive coaching. She is the founder of soldi coaching, a practice she operates internationally from Treviso, Italy.
Marinella's expertise is in top level strategy planning, business development and marketing. She brings over 15 years of experience to helping dedicated, talented teams achieve better business results. Her efforts have been beneficial to individuals and organizations facing transformational change. Most recently, Marinella has taken on managing large-scale and long-term projects, orchestrating both the design and delivery of large-group programs that accelerate culture change in global organizations.
As a leadership coach, Marinella has also worked internationally with top executives and cross cultural teams in media and technology industries where the challenge is often how to evolve holistically and keeping pace with quantum leaps in revenue, employees, markets and complexity.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prior to founding soldi coaching, Marinella consulted as director of New Deal Europe Ltd., specializing in top level strategy, business development and marketing. She held several positions at MTV Networks Europe, namely Senior Vice President of Strategic Development in London, General Manager of MTV Italy and Business Development Manager in London. Marinella also worked at McKinsey & Company on project for high level consumer goods companies, developing skills in analysis, presentations, client interface, and team management.
EDUCATION
Marinella holds a MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. She received her Bachelor of Science in Development Economics from The London School of Economics. Marinella continued her education by completing the Coach Training Programme at Coach University (Colorado, USA). She is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
