PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Having worked with hundreds of companies as a coach, counselor, and trusted advisor, Paul understands and appreciates the challenges facing business leaders. He combines 25 years of business and legal experience with his passion for connecting executives, managers and leaders to their work in a way that leads to deeper personal satisfaction and better bottom-line results.
Paul believes that most business opportunities are lost through lack of alignment, lack of focus and lack of engagement. Consequently, he works primarily with senior executives and teams in innovative but under-performing organizations to help them discover their unique “genius” and release the blocks that prevent them from achieving the alignment, focus and engagement necessary to unlock breakthrough performance. Along the way, he also helps them impact their company culture.
Prior to co-founding Evoking Genius, Paul was a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, a national law firm, where he worked with a wide range of corporations and not-for-profit organizations. His areas of specialization included corporate governance, private equity financing, technology transactions, and mergers & acquisitions.
When he is not working, Paul can be found playing with his kids, whipping up something exotic in the kitchen, or playing sports. He also reads and studies extensively in the areas of personal development, leadership, and human potential.
EDUCATION
Paul holds a Bachelors of Science from Cornell University and a Law Degree from Syracuse University School of Law, with honors. He also holds a Masters in Intuition Medicine, is a Certified Integral Life Coach, and a court-certified mediator.
