Saly Camacho
Senior Consultant
 Saly Camacho is a Senior Coach, Trainer and Facilitator. She is the founder of QUANTUM (2004) - a consultancy focused on Coaching and Leadership Development. She serves clients in Spain, Portugal and France and works for national and multinational companies from different sectors - insurance, automotive, chemical, public and social organizations, universities, MLM companies, and health care. She has developed many of her own models, courses and tools; all the programs and processes that QUANTUM uses are based on her models.
Examples of her program titles include: Improving Leadership Impact, The Leader-Coach, Aligning Executive Boards, Estimating a Leader’s Potential, Career Planning, Stress Management, International Promotions, and Succession Processes.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Previously, between 1999 and 2003, Saly built the Coaching and Training area of Augere & Associates, a HR consultancy, together with other projects focused on international and cross cultural organizations. During this period, she was also a teacher at the University of Barcelona. Between 1996 and 1999, she worked freelance as a trainer and personal coach. She started her professional career in 1991, in Mutual Cyclops, an insurance company, as a trainer in the area of Prevention and Health.
EDUCATION
Saly Camacho is licensed in Educational Sciences (from the University of Barcelona) and has a Master's degree in “The Direction of In-Company Education” through the Division of Educational Sciences at the University of Barcelona and C.N.A.M. – Paris. She is certified in “The Development of Human Resources” through Euresform and Erasmus. She is Master Practitioner certified in “The Tool for Analysing Potential” from IMDE in Switzerland, and is also certified as a Coach and Consultant Trainer by Robert Dilts. NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer.
Saly is fluent in four languages (Spanish, Catalan, English and French).
