Suzanne Rotondo
Executive Director
 In addition to her work as an executive coach and consultant to senior leaders, Suzanne is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, internal capacity building and branding activities within the firm. At Teleos, Suzanne has worked with a variety of organizations including Schering-Plough, Reuters, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and Unisys.
Most recently, Suzanne has been involved in development and launch of Focus On Resonant Leadership & Life, the debut course for Teleos' online, self-directed leadership development products. These products allow organizations to powerfully and economically expose hundreds or thousands of their people to the importance of leading with emotional intelligence and building resonant cultures—and the impact it has on business results.
Suzanne has more than 15 years of experience as a newspaper publisher, non-fiction book editor and consultant to media start-ups. She was a Senior Editor with Harvard Business School Press, where she acquired and edited numerous best-selling business books with global thought leaders in the areas of leadership, strategy and marketing. Suzanne also did extensive speaking and moderating on the topics of leadership and its impact on results. Prior to that, in Oakland, CA, she was the youngest founding publisher of an arts & entertainment weekly newspaper in the country, Urbanview.
Suzanne holds a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, where she studied leadership, consensus-building, and group dynamics. While at Harvard, Suzanne served on the Faculty Selection Board, and was an active sponsor of the Women's Leadership Seminar Series. She earned her B.A. at University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
