Marco Bertola
Consultant
Marco Bertola joined Teleos in early 2008 as a consultant working on many key projects within the company. His approach combines experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Marco brings expertise in coaching and the facilitation of organizational culture change programs. He works with senior executives and executive teams in the areas of organizational change, top team cohesion and resonant leadership.

Barbara Davila
Executive Assistant
Barbara is responsible for the organization of logistical details and delivery of custom leadership development materials for Teleos' program production. She also serves as the initial and on-site contact for clients and project teams. Additionally, Barbara is a liaison supporting key consultants for our operational performance.

Adriene K. Hobdy
Financial Systems Coordinator
Adriene is responsible for developing Teleos' corporate protocols, processes and systems to ensure financial transparency and operational effectiveness. She works with Teleos clients on business assessments and fiscal controls. She is deeply involved in supporting client projects through budgeting, forecasting and strategic analyses.

Delores Mason Director of Client Services
Delores works collaboratively with Teleos consultants and clients to diagnose and evaluate organizational systems, design and adapt customized interventions, and deliver the highest quality organizational change and leadership development materials. She develops proposals, work plans and presentations, and oversees quality assurance of Teleos intellectual capital from creation to production to distribution. Most recently, she has been acting as project manager for the creation of an eLearning leadership development program for i-Teleos’ suite of online products. Delores also manages the ever-expanding Teleos resource library and supervises the quality control and usage of copyrighted materials.

Edward Mwelwa Managing Director and Senior Consultant
Dr. Edward Mwelwa brings to Teleos Leadership Institute many years of coaching and counseling executives through leadership development and organizational transformation. Eddy's expertise is customizing an intervention by integrating a number of disciplines and processes. He has a special interest in the application of Emotional Intelligence to executive coaching, work relationships, leadership and authority, and large system change as an organizational intervention.

Bobbie Nash Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Bobbie is the Executive Assistant to Frances Johnston, founder. She also works as the office manager at Teleos, where she is responsible for staff management, promotional events and day to day pperations of Teleos.
She uses skills from her many years of managerial experience as a former cosmetology instructor and manager in her native state of Hawaii. Bobbie still has many close ties to Hawaii with family still residing there including her grandchildren.
Toby Nash Executive Assistant
Toby is the Administrative Assistant for Felice Tilin and Delores Mason at Teleos Leadership Institute. She is also responsible for a number of projects in our private and public sectors with a focus and passion for our leadership capacity development work in South Africa. Toby was born and raised in Hawaii where most of her family resides.
Matthew J. Ochs Executive Assistant
Matthew joined Teleos in 2007, working on a number of key projects in the financial, pharmaceutical and media industries. He is currently the Executive Assistant to Executive Director, Suzanne Rotondo, supporting her in both internal and client-facing projects including marketing, publicity and business development. He also supports Edward Mwelwa, Managing Director and Senior Consultant, specializing in not-for-profit and country-wide leadership capacity development work across the public and private sectors.
Matthew has a degree in marketing and has worked as Manager and Director of Sales for several client service-based companies. He is passionate about volunteer work, and is committed to various local and national non-profit organizations.
Laura Peck CFO and General Counsel
Laura Peck is Teleos's Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. With Teleos from its founding, Laura has been a key member of Teleos's senior leadership team overseeing all aspects of Teleos's business. Over the years she has provided critical support in envisioning and setting up infrastructure and core systems including finance, accounting, legal, operations and HR, and continues to have primary oversight responsibility for those areas.

Suzanne Rotondo Executive Director
In addition to her work as an executive coach and consultant to senior leaders, Suzanne is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, internal capacity building and branding activities within the firm. At Teleos, Suzanne has worked with a variety of organizations including Schering-Plough, Reuters, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and Unisys.

David Smith Managing Director and Senior Consultant
Dr. David Smith is Managing Director and brings over two decades of leadership experience to Teleos Leadership Institute, primarily in the area of human resources management. His expertise spans various disciplines, including leadership development, organizational change, training and development, teambuilding, executive coaching and the searching, hiring and development of high-quality staff. David has extensive experience as an executive coach and as a designer and facilitator of leadership development programs.

Felice Tilin Managing Director and Senior Consultant
Dr. Felice Tilin is a Senior Consultant at Teleos. Dr. Tilin’s approach combines her strong research background with 25 years of experience working as a manager, consultant and teacher. She is an expert in group and team dynamics and a facilitator of organizational culture change. She works with Senior Executives and executive teams in the areas of organizational change, top team cohesion and resonant leadership.

Christina Yerkes Executive Assistant
Through her work prior to Teleos, Christina developed a keen sense of the power of charismatic leaders. With this new found appreciation, Christina joined Teleos in 2007. Her goal has been to contribute her knowledge and expertise toward the Teleos mission of creating resonant organizations. Christina supports Annie McKee, Founder, as her Executive Assistant.
Her spontaneity and personality traits are epitomized in her passions for running, reading and caring for others, particularly her husband and son.
Christina received her bachelor of arts from Kutztown University in speech communication in 2005. She looks forward to enrolling in graduate school for her masters in the near future.
Amy Yoggev Consultant
Amy joined Teleos in 2005, and prior to her current role as Project Coordinator, Amy was Annie McKee's Executive Assistant working on a number of key projects during that time. Amy brings to Teleos a background in psychology and business, with managerial experience at a fast-paced sales company. Amy received her Bachelor's Degree in psychology from Temple University. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog Kaya.
