Consultant
Marco Bertola joined Teleos in early 2008 as a consultant working on many key projects within the company. His approach combines experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Marco brings expertise in coaching and the facilitation of organizational culture change programs. He works with senior executives and executive teams in the areas of organizational change, top team cohesion and resonant leadership.

Edward Mwelwa Managing Director and Senior Consultant
Dr. Edward Mwelwa brings to Teleos Leadership Institute many years of coaching and counseling executives through leadership development and organizational transformation. Eddy's expertise is customizing an intervention by integrating a number of disciplines and processes. He has a special interest in the application of Emotional Intelligence to executive coaching, work relationships, leadership and authority, and large system change as an organizational intervention.

Bobbie Nash Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Bobbie is the Executive Assistant to Frances Johnston, founder. She also works as the office manager at Teleos, where she is responsible for staff management, promotional events and day to day pperations of Teleos.
She uses skills from her many years of managerial experience as a former cosmetology instructor and manager in her native state of Hawaii. Bobbie still has many close ties to Hawaii with family still residing there including her grandchildren.
Laura Peck CFO and General Counsel
Laura Peck is Teleos's Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. With Teleos from its founding, Laura has been a key member of Teleos's senior leadership team overseeing all aspects of Teleos's business. Over the years she has provided critical support in envisioning and setting up infrastructure and core systems including finance, accounting, legal, operations and HR, and continues to have primary oversight responsibility for those areas.

Suzanne Rotondo Executive Director
In addition to her work as an executive coach and consultant to senior leaders, Suzanne is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, internal capacity building and branding activities within the firm. At Teleos, Suzanne has worked with a variety of organizations including Schering-Plough, Reuters, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and Unisys.

Gretchen Schmelzer Senior Consultant
Dr. Gretchen Schmelzer assists with the design and delivery of customized leadership development programs that focus on organizational transformation, conflict management, and coaching individuals through change. She works with individuals and with larger groups, helping them find their own solutions to team, interpersonal, organizational and/or community concerns.

Christina Yerkes Executive Assistant
Through her work prior to Teleos, Christina developed a keen sense of the power of charismatic leaders. With this new found appreciation, Christina joined Teleos in 2007. Her goal has been to contribute her knowledge and expertise toward the Teleos mission of creating resonant organizations. Christina supports Annie McKee, Founder, as her Executive Assistant.
Her spontaneity and personality traits are epitomized in her passions for running, reading and caring for others, particularly her husband and son.
Christina received her bachelor of arts from Kutztown University in speech communication in 2005. She looks forward to enrolling in graduate school for her masters in the near future.
