 Jeff is the President and Senior Executive Coach for Interpersonal Growth Workshops, Inc., a leadership development firm located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
In addition to working with Teleos, Jeff coaches directors and senior level executives of medium sized companies across the United States and Europe. Delores Mason
Consultant
 Delores works collaboratively with Teleos consultants and clients to diagnose and evaluate organizational systems, design and adapt customized interventions, and deliver the highest quality organizational change and leadership development materials. She develops proposals, work plans and presentations, and oversees quality assurance of Teleos intellectual capital from creation to production to distribution. Most recently, she has been acting as project manager for the creation of an eLearning leadership development program for i-Teleos’ suite of online products. Delores also manages the ever-expanding Teleos resource library and supervises the quality control and usage of copyrighted materials.
