Managing Director and Senior Consultant
Dr. Edward Mwelwa brings to Teleos Leadership Institute many years of coaching and counseling executives through leadership development and organizational transformation. Eddy's expertise is customizing an intervention by integrating a number of disciplines and processes. He has a special interest in the application of Emotional Intelligence to executive coaching, work relationships, leadership and followership, and large system change as an organizational intervention.
Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Bobbie wears many hats at Teleos. She is the project coordinator for the Teleos Coach Development Program (TCDP), executive assistant to Frances Johnston and Eddy Mwelwa, and the office manager, responsible for staff management, promotional events and day to day operations of Teleos.
CFO and General Counsel
Laura Peck is Teleos's Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. With Teleos from its founding, Laura has been a key member of Teleos's senior leadership team overseeing all aspects of Teleos's business. Over the years she has provided critical support in envisioning and setting up infrastructure and core systems including finance, accounting, legal, operations and HR, and continues to have primary oversight responsibility for those areas.
Sarah Renio is a program manager and has been a member of the Teleos Leadership team since May 2011. In addition to program and project management, she works on marketing, branding and social media for the organization. Sarah manages various projects by supporting and maintaining positive client relationships, material design and delivery, and faculty management with clients ranging from Fortune 500s to government to local not-for-profit.
Lindsey is a leadership consultant at Teleos and has been with the team since 2011. She supports the work for clients large and small through project management and leadership program design. She is also a member of the Dynamic Inquiry team where she enjoys talking with people about their experience in the workplace and analyzing organizational cultural norms that drive organization’s forward and those that inhibit their success.
