Teleos Coach Development Program (TCDP)

Since 2007, we have taught and certified over 250 executive coaches worldwide. Building on our research, and bringing our experience of being at the forefront of the application of emotional intelligence for leaders within organizations, we have trained coaches to help leaders navigate complex systems. People want to be led by grounded, inspiring resonant leaders. We develop the skills of change agents within organizations to help leaders learn how to do this. We teach coaches, leaders and Human Resource professionals to do this within our International Coach Federation accredited programs.

Our program differentiates itself from others because we focus on how to coach executives in organizations and provide the tools and frameworks needed to make an impact.
