In March of 2020, COVID-19 brought our world to a stop, forcing companies around the world to temporarily close, operate 100% remotely or with a scaled-back work force. This global pandemic has upended life as we know it – both personally and professionally.
At Teleos, it is our goal to support leaders and coaches throughout these turbulent times. As such we have created this new program, 100% free to the public, with the objective to help you understand how to best lead and lean in to relational leadership during this uncertain time. It will provide relevant and actionable tactics and resources, as well as a sense of community and support during this time of uncertainty and isolation.
Now, more than ever, we need leadership. We know it’s not easy. We know there is no road map for what we are going through. So we want to make one- together. This is your official introduction to our new, free online program: Leading through Chaos. Over the next few months, we will be providing a new content surrounding a different topic applicable to our current crisis, based off the information you told us you most wanted to hear about. Each module will include a new blog and downloadable worksheet, along with an invitation for you to join us for a live video Q&A on the topic. If you are interested in taking this journey with us, and a community of like-minded leaders, be sure to opt-in.
For our first module, we are discussing Relational Leadership.
For those of us fortunate enough to have jobs that are able to make the shift to this new WFH (work from home) model, we have in these short weeks, learned a lot about ourselves, our kids and family dynamics. We are also learning a lot about our team members and their home lives. We are getting to know their senses of humor, their pets, their kids and their home working conditions. We are becoming more aware. That is, if we can see. Are you paying attention? Read our new blog to see how you can put your best foot forward during this time of disruption, and get key tips on the conversations you should be having with your team.Read The Blog
Download our Module 1 Worksheet and then grab your journal, or open a new online document to answer the questions provided. Take time to ensure you really think through each of the individual prompts- the more work you put in, the better your reflections will be.
Use the final page as a resource to put your practice and reflection into action with your team and bring it to our next live Q and A to discuss your experience, get feedback and hear from others.
Have questions about the week’s theme of Relational Leadership? Looking for free live coaching to apply this practice to your coaching or organization? Want to learn from the experiences other leaders are facing during this time? We’ve got you covered.
Join us this Friday, May 1st at 10am EST for a live Zoom video conference. Connect with your community and your share tips, concerns and inspiration. You are not in this alone.
