In March of 2020, COVID-19 brought our world to a stop, forcing companies around the world to temporarily close, operate 100% remotely or with a scaled-back work force. This global pandemic has upended life as we know it – both personally and professionally.
At Teleos, it is our goal to support leaders and coaches throughout these turbulent times. As such we have created this new program, 100% free to the public, with the objective to help you understand how to best lead and lean in to relational leadership during this uncertain time. It will provide relevant and actionable tactics and resources, as well as a sense of community and support during this time of uncertainty and isolation.
Now, more than ever, we need leadership. We know it’s not easy. We know there is no road map for what we are going through. So we want to make one- together. This is your official introduction to our new, free online program: Leading through Chaos. Over the next few months, we will be providing a new content surrounding a different topic applicable to our current crisis, based off the information you told us you most wanted to hear about. Each module will include a new blog and downloadable worksheet, along with an invitation for you to join us for a live video Q&A on the topic. If you are interested in taking this journey with us, and a community of like-minded leaders, be sure to opt-in.
For our third session, we are discussing When Coaching Doesn’t Cut It.
Globally, people are experiencing more setbacks, all at once, than they may be able to cope with. Job insecurity, economic collapse and racial trauma. Not to mention, isolation amidst screen overload, homeschooling, plans and routines brought to a halt. For some it has been absolute financial ruin – dreams deferred or simply destroyed. How do we know when our clients need more than our support in order to hold a hopeful picture of the future?
