    Organizational Development of Leadership Levels

Our Approach

A leading global gas and oil company engaged Teleos to design and facilitate training and development programs across their footprint.

After conducting an extensive needs analysis across the organization, Teleos designed and delivered 3 separate programs including Responsible Leadership, Improving Personal Performance, and Diversity and Inclusion. The programs were facilitated via 22 faculties in 30 different countries, and in 3 languages. The number of participants in each delivery ranged from 15-20 participants to ensure faculty contact and increase hands-on learning.


The Result

Teleos programs received some of the highest marks the company had ever collected across all programs from participants in terms of effectiveness of delivery and usefulness of material. Some of the many outcomes of the program were:

  • Promotion of a meritocratic culture, globally
  • Increase of personal performance through influence and emotional intelligence skills
  • Increased responsible leadership through promotion of a “speak up” culture
