    Team Development and Coaching of Senior Leadership and Core Internal Consultants

Our Approach

This company engaged Teleos in an effort to strengthen internal consulting capability and technical support for their Collaborate for Growth (CfG) initiative. The CfG effort was aimed at their most senior executives and teams, and designed to foster strategic collaboration across business units and customers.

Teleos provided an emotional and relational framework for CfG that guided and integrated the individual, group and system’s level interventions forming the basis of the CfG “Brand”experience. The work with CfG supported the group’s capacity to work directly with the top 200 executive leaders from across the company. The leadership team of the internal consulting practice (and initiative lead consultants) was coached to build their personal and professional capacity to model the desired approach and support courageous challenges for senior executive sponsors.
