Our work in Emotional Intelligence and Resonant Leadership is key to who we are and how we work across organizations and systems. We are research based and practical in our application. We Develop Organizations

Implementing change in an organization is complex work. Organizations are dynamic systems with high pressure stakes, and daunting complexity. We believe in empowering organizations to navigate and lead by creating a social movement in the organization. Through resonant relationships and emotionally intelligent leadership, your organization's executives and employees will begin to harbor an innate desire to achieve the organization’s mission. We help untap this potential and organize the movement utilizing the existing leadership community. Teleos Coach Development Program (TCDP)

Since 2007, we have taught and certified over 250 executive coaches worldwide. Building on our research, and bringing our experience of being at the forefront of the application of emotional intelligence for leaders within organization, we have trained coaches to help leaders navigate complex systems. People want to be led by grounded, inspiring resonant leaders. We help develop the skills of change agents within organizations to help leaders learn how to do this. We teach coaches, leaders, Human Resource professionals to do this within our International Coach Federation accredited programs.

Our programs are held at our institute and on-site in organizations. Our highly acclaimed program creates a space for deep introspection and raises the coaches’ self-awareness. Our program differentiates itself from others because we focus on how to coach executives in organizations and provide the tools and frameworks needed to make an impact.
